Shipping and Return

We deliver to homes and offices but not to Post Box address. All international delivery will be sent through SingPost unless otherwise stated. * Kindly note that our delivery schedule is subject to change when approaching public holidays. You may wish to refer to our homepage for the ad-hoc changes.

Delivery Guide

I. Delivery (within Singapore)

Items will be dispatched to you by our delivery team within 1-3 business days upon receiving your order.

II. Shipping (International)

Please note that the shipping rates for all our items we sell are weight-based vs destination. Postage fees will be based on the weight of the item and the destination of the receiver (inclusive administrative charges). Please allow 7-14 days delivery, subject to destination.

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days during office hours (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays).

SATURDAY No Delivery

* Please note that deliveries may be slightly delayed at times due to uncontrollable conditions like weather, traffic, etc. We seek your kindest understanding on this matter.
* Saturday deliveries are not available at the moment. Customers may either indicate their request in the comment section, and/or call us at (65) 6734 1022 / 6734 1126 to book their slots.

How to make an exchange request?

  1. Products must have been purchased directly from alphawellness.com.sg (our website). We cannot process requests for exchanges or replacements for products purchased from other retail outlets.
  2. Contact customer service at info@alphawellness.com.sg within 7 days of receipt of items, and provide the following information: Order reference number and list of specific items you would like an exchange or a replacement (including its product numbers), as well as the following:
    • a picture of the damaged packaging as well as the product if the item arrived damaged
    • a written description of the defect
    • please note that you will need to pay for return shipping costs for exchanges 
  3. Customer service will confirm receipt of your email and advise if your item is eligible for an exchange or a replacement. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and additional local taxes may be applicable.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfilment centres (usually within 7 working days of receipt), your exchange will be processed and shipped to you within 14 working days.
